FAQ

King Rollers are pretty simple to operate but they do take a little practice. Most of our customers think it helps to watch the “how to” video first. Here is a link to the video tutorial.

All of our products are handcrafted by my father and I right here in the good old U.S.A. We use some pretty awesome power tools to help us prep the wood and cut out the parts but everything is assembled and finished with just our hands and a lot of elbow grease.

Our cigarette rolling machines, cigar rollers and rolling trays are made from solid furniture grade hardwood. All our rollers are made from oak, walnut or mahogany. The exception is the Ace Roller which is laser cut from a cherry veneer MDF. The rolling rod is steel so it should last forever. The rolling cloth is a synthetic and is very durable and easy to clean. Our rollers are finished with a natural beeswax-based stain.

The Ace roller is designed to use standard size 3-inch by 1¼-inch rolling papers. These papers work great in our larger rollers as well, but they limit the length of your roll. The Tumbleweed, King Roller and High Roller can be used with longer papers and blunt wraps. Both Raw and Elements make 5-meter rolls of paper that can be cut at the desired length. These are ideal for truly impressive rolls.

King Rollers were originally designed for rolling tobacco but it turns out they roll the wacky tobacky just as well.

Assuming you have to pick just one, it’s going to depend on how you expect to use it. If you plan to roll only standard size smokes, the Ace is the perfect cigarette roller. It’s small and easy to take with you and gets the job done. If you want the flexibility of a smaller roller that still rolls longer smokes or blunts, the Tumbleweed’s 6-inch capacity makes it a great option. The King Roller and High Roller might be too large to pack around with you, but if you plan to keep them at home, they’re impressive options. You can roll up to a whopping 12 inches, which we think is pretty darn cool. You don’t have to roll jumbos though; our largest rollers still work just fine with standard size papers.

We discreetly ship anywhere in the U.S. within a day or so of receiving your order. If you have special shipping requirements or would like your roller shipped outside of the United States, please email us before placing your order and we’ll figure out the shipping options.

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you order one of our rollers through this website and it doesn’t measure up for any reason, just send it back and we’ll give you a full refund. You pay for the return shipping. If you purchase a roller at a retail location, please get in touch with us if the store you bought it from won’t give you a full refund.

We make King Rollers to last a lifetime, but hey, shit happens. If your roller breaks all on its own, get in touch. If it’s within the first year we won’t charge you a dime. We’ll have you send it back so we can either fix or replace it. If it has been more than a year, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. If you, your dog or your rowdy friends have something to do with your broken roller, let us know and we’ll see what we can do to get you up and rolling for the least coin possible.

It’s pretty hard to wear out the rolling cloth but if you damage it or use it to death, they are pretty easy to replace. Just let us know and we can send you a new one for $5.

The rolling cloth and roller can be cleaned with a light dish/hand soap and water. If the cloth gets sticky from rolling herbs, rubbing alcohol works wonders. Be careful to keep the alcohol off of the wood as it can remove the wax finish.
